

Why This Is Awesome: Two years ago, I left my hometown in the Midwest to relocate to another city with deep roots in the world of jazz, innovation and working class perseverance. But do you know what else those two cities have in common? A love of great art.
While the Newark Museum is the ballast that anchors the arts scene in Brick City, the Indianapolis Museum of Art fills that role in the Circle City. And during my last month in Indy, I took a moment to walk the grounds of the IMA and snap these images of Roy Lichtenstein's Five Brushstrokes.
